With the agricultural sector's growth, sustainability and innovation hinging significantly on our ability to adopt and integrate these cutting-edge technologies, we stand on the cusp of an AI revolution. AI-driven research tools offer immense potential, from swiftly analysing complex datasets and enhancing research methodologies to promoting innovative solutions to pressing agricultural challenges, such as food security and climate resilience. This workshop is a strategic necessity aligned with national policies such as NEP 2020, the IndiaAI
Mission and the NITI Aayog #AIforAll initiative, all of which aim to position India at the forefront of global research and innovation.

Workshop schedule & highlights

Day 1:
AI Basics and Information Retrieval Gain an understanding of AI fundamentals, ethical practices, advanced academic searches and AI- powered research tools.

Day 2:
Prompt Engineering and LLMs Learn how to use AI for research design and master prompt engineering. Generate research ideas using large language models in a hands-on workshop.

Day 3:
Literature Review with AI Conduct rapid literature searches, create automated summaries, identify gaps, perform comparative analyses, and use AI to assist with writing and citation management.

Day 4:
Deep Research and Data Extraction Master advanced prompting techniques, ethical data collection, structured data extraction and AI-driven statistical analysis.

Day 5:
Data Analysis and Communication Perform advanced statistical analysis, create impactful visualisations and use AI to create engaging multimedia presentations and disseminate your research effectively.
